Here are some before and after Photos from 3 young women who came on board with me for 6 weeks to practice face yoga for their faces. The results speak for themselves.
Amanda mostly worked on her lower face, particularly her jaw line and you can see the wonderful results.
Jessie worked on her whole face and was thrilled with the new look.
Grainne worked on her forehead lines and she was amazed that she could improve this area of her face with little time and effort.
Ladies, if you practice facial exercises, support it with good nutrition and particularly if you can include organic bone broth into your diet you will not only improve the texture and tone of your skin but you will wipe away years from your face.
