Natural Face lift massage comes from the work of Kundan and Narendra Mehta and from my training that is certified by The London Centre of Indian Champissage, Dip. Natural Facelift massage (Facial Rejuvenation) Face lift massage is a gentle non invasive approach to keeping the skin looking younger and toned. The gentle touch in natural face lift massage helps to relax the muscles on the face and in so doing works towards reversing the aging process by releasing the face from ingrained expressions and facial postural aging. We cannot stop the aging process but there is a lot that we can do to keep the face looking vital and alive. In natural face lift massage we begin by First encouraging relaxation and then move to stimulating the pressure points of the face. This is followed by releasing the muscles of the face from tension and stress before we move to stimulating the healing pulses. From here we move into natural face lifting techniques that are applied to the whole face and neck. The entire session takes approx. 45 minutes and is finished with grounding and balancing techniques.
